Nionde Plågan je tří členná kapela ze Švédského Jönköping, která vznikla na počátku roku 2012. Nionde Plågan hrají mix post hardcoru, post-metalu a screama. Mysli na Daitro, Envy, Lentic Waters, Kaddish a další podobné kapely. Od svého založení kluci vydali 3 desky, ale suverénně nejlepší je ta z roku 2015 - Frustration. „Frustration has to be one of the most unique & powerful albums I've ever heard. From the absolutely insane tone of the guitars & bass to the painful screams of anguish & desperation makes Frustration a work of art. This has to be one of the few metal bands actually pushing the borders of it. They've found a way to express their feelings to me when I can't even speak their native tongue but when looking up the lyrics you find yourself even more connected to this masterpiece. Tengil je uskupení lidí muzikantů hrající atmosferickou, experimentální hudbu, která pluje vodami melancholie, quasi symfonií a emotivních výbuchů. Jejich hudební styl se vyvinul ze syrového hardcoru směrem k až orchestrálně zahranému emíčku. Hardcore, alternativní rock? emo?, blackgaze? Na hc scénu vysoce originální struktura skladeb a emoce našponovaný na max. Jako když se potká Dillinger Escape Plan s Explosions in the Sky, píší o jejich novém LP jeden z recenzentů a ještě dodává: "shouldhavebeens", calls for comparison to Alcest and its legendary debut "Souvenirs D'un Autre Monde". While the band tabs itself as "a spiritual task, an impulsion to through music tell the story of moments passing you by, the longing to live and die at the same time, to always be both among and in flames," the most accurate assessment would be to let the music, itself, do the talking. Po prvním poslechu prostě nešlo odolat...
